- Breakfast: Him – Nothing. Her – 3 bacon, fried mushrooms (approx 250 kcals)
- Lunch: Him – Large beef, butternut squash, carrot, courgette, and pepper stir fry with a bit of chinese omlette stirred in. Her – homemade vegetable soup (approx 200 kcals)
- Dinner: Him – Nuts and leftover salad. Her – Rump steak and sweet potato fries.
Have to push on and make sure we stay Primal over the weekend – that’s usually our biggest challenge!
