Primal Log – Day 5

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –225.4lbs, 25.5% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – ???lbs, ???% body fat


None today. Resting all those aches and pains.


  • Breakfast: Him – Nothing. Her – 3 bacon, fried mushrooms (approx 250 kcals)
  • Lunch: Him – Large beef, butternut squash, carrot, courgette, and pepper stir fry with a bit of chinese omlette stirred in. Her – homemade vegetable soup (approx 200 kcals)

  • Dinner: Him – Nuts and leftover salad. Her – Rump steak and sweet potato fries.

Have to push on and make sure we stay Primal over the weekend – that’s usually our biggest challenge!
