Primal Log – Day 7

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –226.2lbs, 25.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – ???lbs, ???% body fat. Weigh-in tomorrow on home scales!

Exercise:

No ‘proper’ exercise, but we did have a walk to the pub and back for a diet coke. Not too primal, but at least it wasn’t a pint of beer or a full fat coke!

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him – pork and eggs. Her – Nothing (intermittent fasting!)

  • Lunch: Him – Nothing. Her: Pork and salad.
  • Snack: homemade primal cookies. Adapted the recipe from the previous attempt, adding: butter, an egg and dried mixed berries to the mix and using  less almond flour. Turned out tastier than the last batch, although a little burnt (therefore no photo). 310 kcals per cookie.
  • Dinner: Strips of rump steak served with a homemade satay sauce (cashew nut butter, soy sauce and a little sweet chilli) and stir-fried veg.
