Her Royal Primalness – 143.2lbs, 29.5% body fat

Exercise:

Rest Day!

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: 2 pork loins and 2 eggs. Her: 100g of Greek yoghurt.
  • Lunch: Him: Nothing. Her: Roast chicken leg and salad.
  • Dinner: Roast topside of lean beef with cabbage, leek and bacon.
  • Extras: Few vegetable crisps and nuts.
