Primal Log – Day 18

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –223.2lbs, 24.5% body fat (going through a bit of a plateau)

Her Royal Primalness – 142.2lbs, 29.0% body fat

Exercise:

Rest day for her, 1 hour of 7-a-side footy for him.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: 2 pork loins, 2 eggs. Her: Nothing.
  • Lunch: Him: Thai chicken curry with carrot and pepper. Her: Omelette with ham, mushroom and pepper.
  • Dinner: Her: Thai chicken curry. Him: Nothing
  • Extras: Few nuts and some Greek yoghurt and mixed frozen berries for dessert for her!.
