Primal Log – Day 19

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –223.2lbs, 24% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.6lbs, 29.0% body fat

Exercise:

Nothing for him. 45 mins swimming for her (went along to train with a local triathlon cub).

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: greek yoghurt ad mixed berried. Her: Pork loin and salad.
  • Lunch: Him: Left over thai chicken with veg and a 200g of king prawns. Her: Nothing.
  • Dinner: Homemade Scotch eggs and half a bag each of vegetable crisps. (Our Friday night treat – living the dream!).
  • Extras: Some Greek yoghurt and dried cranberries.
