Her Royal Primalness – 140.8lbs, 30.0% body fat

Exercise:

Him: Football, 2nd half plus extra time – won on penalties. Her: Running training at the track – 5k pyramid session.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Scotch egg.

  • Dinner: Bolognaise.
  • Extras: Fried mushrooms, some nuts.
