Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 221.2lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.0lbs, 29.0% body fat

Exercise:

Another rest day after weekend exercise, can barely walk!

Food:

  • Breakfast: Bacon and eggs.
  • Lunch: Him: Few nuts. Her: cocktails sausages and cheese. (Only primal-ish option from the party food at work!!)
  • Dinner: Him: Sirloin steak, king prawns and salad. Her: Half a Gilthead Seabream, king prawns and salad. Salad included homemade coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, spring onion, cheese and mayo).
