- Breakfast: Bacon and eggs.
- Lunch: Him: Few nuts. Her: cocktails sausages and cheese. (Only primal-ish option from the party food at work!!)
- Dinner: Him: Sirloin steak, king prawns and salad. Her: Half a Gilthead Seabream, king prawns and salad. Salad included homemade coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, spring onion, cheese and mayo).
- Extras: Dried berries, yoghurt
