Primal Log – Day 25

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 220.8lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.4lbs, 29% body fat

Exercise:

Went to the gym for a set of tabeta sprints on the bike (for her) and then the usual sets of squats, rows, presses, sit-ups and press-ups.

Plus 1 hour of 7-a-side footy for him.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Gorilla cake and a cup of tea! And 2 pork loins and 2 eggs for him.
  • Linner: Pâté stuffed mushroom and homemade salsa, followed by pan fried chicken breast and salad.
