Her Royal Primalness – 141.4lbs, 29% body fat

Exercise:

Nothing. Rest day in preparation for running and football tomorrow!

Food:

  • Breakfast: Pork loin and egg/s.
  • Linner: Bolognaise.
  • Extras: Handful of mixed nuts.
