Her: Running intervals at the track.

Him: 35 minutes of football.


  • Breakfast: Fried chicken breast and egg. Her: Chicken breast.
  • Lunch: Him: Nothing. Her: Aubergine and tomato bake from ‘Ask’ and a glass of white wine and soda.
  • Dinner: Roasted chicken thighs and salad.
  • Extras: Vegetable crisps.
