Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 217.8lbs, 22.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 140lbs, 26.5% body fat

Exercise:

Usual gym sesh. Same weights as last time, as its been a few days!

Food:

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: Him: Nothing. Her: 2 bacon, 2 eggs.

Dinner: Roast leg of lamb with roasted veg (carrots, parsnips, broccoli, peppers and onions) and a red wine sauce….. was yummy!

Primal Log – Day 30

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 220.0lbs, 22.5% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.0lbs, 28.5% body fat

Exercise:

Rest day.

Food:

  • Brunch: Left over roast pork and eggs.
  • Dinner: Baby-back ribs, king prawns and salad.
  • Extras: Few mixed nuts and some Greek yoghurt (for her).

Primal Log – Day 29

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 220.2lbs, 22.5% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.2lbs, 28% body fat

Exercise:

Gym – Usual tabeta sprints (for her), followed by sets of squats, presses, rows, sit-ups and press-ups.

Food:

  • Brunch: Bacon, eggs and mushrooms.
  • Dinner: Roast shoulder of pork with roasted vegetables (onions, peppers, carrots, courgette, sweet potato)
  • Extras: Greek yoghurt with strawberries and blackberries.

Primal Log – Day 26

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 220.0lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.4lbs, 29% body fat

Exercise:

Nothing. Rest day in preparation for running and football tomorrow!

Food:

  • Breakfast: Pork loin and egg/s.
  • Linner: Bolognaise.
  • Extras: Handful of mixed nuts.

Primal Log – Day 25

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 220.8lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.4lbs, 29% body fat

Exercise:

Went to the gym for a set of tabeta sprints on the bike (for her) and then the usual sets of squats, rows, presses, sit-ups and press-ups.

Plus 1 hour of 7-a-side footy for him.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Gorilla cake and a cup of tea! And 2 pork loins and 2 eggs for him.
  • Linner: Pâté stuffed mushroom and homemade salsa, followed by pan fried chicken breast and salad.

Primal Log – Day 24

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 221.2lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 142.8lbs, 29.0% body fat (Have been eating more round the BMR mark, so need to cut the calories again to get back on track for weight loss!)

Exercise:

Nil, again. Defo going to the gym tomorrow!

Food:

  • Brunch: Him: Sirloin steak, chicken and eggs. (Using up the leftover meat). Her: Piece of gorilla cake.
  • Dinner: Roast shoulder of lamb, with roast butternut squash and griddled asparagus.
  • Dessert: Son of Grok’s Gorilla Cake! Made too much yesterday!!

Primal Log – Day 23

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 221.8lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 142.0lbs, 28.5% body fat

Exercise:

A short walk to the local shops and back.

Food:

  • Brunch: Him: 2 pork loins and 2 eggs. Her: Pork loin and salad.
  • Dinner: Chicken breast stuffed with pate and caramelised onions, wrapped in bacon, served with broccoli and carrots.
  • Dessert: Son of Grok’s Gorilla Cake!
