Lunch: Him: Nothing. Her: 2 bacon, 2 eggs.
Dinner: Roast leg of lamb with roasted veg (carrots, parsnips, broccoli, peppers and onions) and a red wine sauce….. was yummy!

Her Royal Primalness – 142.8lbs, 29.0% body fat (Have been eating more round the BMR mark, so need to cut the calories again to get back on track for weight loss!)
Nil, again. Defo going to the gym tomorrow!
- Brunch: Him: Sirloin steak, chicken and eggs. (Using up the leftover meat). Her: Piece of gorilla cake.
- Dinner: Roast shoulder of lamb, with roast butternut squash and griddled asparagus.
- Dessert: Son of Grok’s Gorilla Cake! Made too much yesterday!!
