Primal Log – Day 34

Body Composition:

Primal Chap – 219.2lbs, 23.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – ???lbs, ???% body fat

Exercise:

Her: Two 1.5 hour sessions in the pool.

Food:

Breakfast: Him: Bacon. Her: Bacon, eggs and a plum tomato.

Lunch: Him: A packet of vegetable crisps. Her: Nothing.

Dinner: Him: Hot and spicy chicken thighs and salad. Her: Chicken breast, a packet of cashew nuts and a portion of cheese. (Random selection of primally things from tescos – to avoid the pizza being served after water polo!)

Primal Log – Day 19

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –223.2lbs, 24% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 141.6lbs, 29.0% body fat

Exercise:

Nothing for him. 45 mins swimming for her (went along to train with a local triathlon cub).

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: greek yoghurt ad mixed berried. Her: Pork loin and salad.
  • Lunch: Him: Left over thai chicken with veg and a 200g of king prawns. Her: Nothing.
  • Dinner: Homemade Scotch eggs and half a bag each of vegetable crisps. (Our Friday night treat – living the dream!).
  • Extras: Some Greek yoghurt and dried cranberries.

Primal Log – Day 13

Body Composition:

Primal Chap –223.4lbs, 25.0% body fat

Her Royal Primalness – 142.6lbs, 30.0% body fat

Exercise:

Him: 30 minutes of 11-a-side football (2nd half sub). Her: 2 hours of water-polo, including drills and a match.

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: 1 Pork loin steaks, 2 eggs and mushrooms. Her: 1 Pork loin steak, 1 egg and mushrooms.
  • Lunch: Him: Nothing. Her: Pre-packed sliced chicken breast and a fruit salad.
  • Dinner: Him: King prawn salad with a couple of chicken drumsticks. Her: Baked salmon fillet and salad.
  • Extras: Her: Few nuts and a glass of red wine (it is the weekend!!).

Primal Log – Day 12

Body Composition:

Exercise:

Him: Nothing. Her: 3 hours of water-polo training (drills & short sprints).

Food:

  • Breakfast: Him: 2 Pork loin steaks & 1 egg. Her: 1 Pork loin steak & 2 eggs.
  • Lunch: Him: leftover roast chicken and  salad. Her: Salmon fillet salad.
  • Dinner: Chicken Rogan Josh with assorted veggies.
  • Extras: Her: 50g mixed nuts (for energy whilst swimming!) & a glass of red wine (to forget the swimming).
